The major goal on any trip is to experience the best our destination offers while spending the least amount of money. In Savannah, we stumbled (literally) upon the most unique eatery. Our original plan was to eat at a family-owned Italian restaurant that was highly recommended (hey Allyson). We arrived a few minutes before the scheduled opening and found a parking meter directly in front of the door. People were already lining up outside. Our excitement grew as we stood in the cold waiting for the doors to open. The crowd on the sidewalk must mean this place will live up to the hype. As the minutes crept by, it became apparent that something was wrong. No sign on the door, or indication that the hours of operation had changed. One customer phoned the establishment. No answer. Now what?
